The Chicago Bulls announced Thursday that guard Jaden Ivey and forward Jalen Smith will miss the rest of the 2025-26 season because of injuries.
Ivey, brought in from Detroit on Feb. 3 as part of a three-team trade, has been sidelined since Feb. 11 with soreness in his left knee. The second-year guard appeared in 37 games this season—four of them with Chicago—and averaged 8.5 points.
Smith aggravated a right calf issue during Wednesday’s loss in Philadelphia. The 6-foot-9 forward, now in his second season with the Bulls, averaged 10.2 points and 6.7 rebounds.
Chicago sits 12th in the Eastern Conference at 29-43 and visits the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday.
