NBA franchises refresh City Edition uniforms for 2025-26

NEW YORK — November 11, 2025 — All 30 NBA teams released their 2025-26 City Edition uniforms on Tuesday, marking the ninth year of the league’s partnership with Nike. This season’s concept revolves around “remixing” past fan favorites with subtle updates rather than completely new looks.

Eastern Conference highlights
Atlanta Hawks – The “Peachtree” theme returns with the word “Peachtree” across the chest, block numbers and a peach-shaped basketball on the belt buckle.
Boston Celtics – The “Gold Standard” set makes franchise history as the first Celtics uniform without green, using white fabric with gold numbers trimmed in black.
Brooklyn Nets – The Notorious B.I.G.–inspired black kit featuring multicolored “Brooklyn Camo” trim is back for the first time since its 2018 debut.
Charlotte Hornets – Orange, blue and yellow hues reference Queen Charlotte’s favorite flower, the bird of paradise, with music by J. Cole featured in the launch video.
Chicago Bulls – A black re-issue of the original 2017-18 Chicago flag uniform now places blue stars and blue “Chicago” script on the chest.
Cleveland Cavaliers – Partnering again with Cleveland Metroparks, the Cavs remix their 2022-23 tan-and-blue look into an orange-front version reading “The Land.”
Detroit Pistons – Gray jerseys revive the vintage lightning bolt, add the flaming horse logo on the waistband and mix historic and current team crests.
Indiana Pacers – Block “Pacers” lettering echoes 1984-90 uniforms, surrounded by Florence Griffith Joyner–inspired side blocking and state-shaped belt art.
Miami Heat – The top-selling “Vice Nights” design from 2018-19 returns unchanged except for a patch honoring the 2006 championship’s 20th anniversary.
Milwaukee Bucks – “Cream City” jerseys celebrate Milwaukee’s cream-colored bricks, maintaining blue and green trim and a Wisconsin salute on the shorts buckle.
New York Knicks – A cream collaboration with lifestyle brand Kith displays orange numbers, “New York” across the chest and a small white “NYC” above the swoosh.
Philadelphia 76ers – Dark navy sets feature Liberty Bell motifs throughout, most prominently on the waistband.
Toronto Raptors – Canadian red and white replace black and gold as the club spotlights its 2019 title run, including a Raptor wearing the 2019 Finals uniform.
Washington Wizards – Black and gold outfits resurrect the 2006-09 alternates, add white “Washington” script and retain a DMV insignia on the shorts.
Western Conference highlights
Dallas Mavericks – Black uniforms showcase neon blue Pegasus wings and Greek-style “Dallas” lettering, saluting the city’s Pegasus icon.
Denver Nuggets – The popular all-black rainbow-skyline remix first seen in 2019 makes another appearance.
Golden State Warriors – Cream jerseys with dark gold trim revive “The Town” tribute to Oakland.
Houston Rockets – “H-Town” wordmark returns from 2023-24 with a dunking astronaut emblem nodding to the Phi Slama Jama era and Houston’s space heritage.
LA Clippers – Orange dominates a design that traces the franchise’s path from Buffalo to San Diego to Los Angeles, rerunning the 2018-19 template.
Los Angeles Lakers – The black “California Dream” set with triangle wordmark and 1999-2017 number font is back from 2023-24.
Memphis Grizzlies – Platinum detailing and musical callouts honor Stax Records, Isaac Hayes and Memphis’ 25 years of NBA basketball.
Minnesota Timberwolves – The Prince-inspired purple ensemble from 2018-19 returns unchanged.
New Orleans Pelicans – Neon-accented uniforms with the “Skelican” logo carry over from 2023-24.
Oklahoma City Thunder – A darker blue remix of the 2018-19 Indigenous-themed set includes a turtle emblem inside the right short leg.
Orlando Magic – Elements from multiple eras combine, including the classic star-tipped “Magic” wordmark, original ball-and-star trail logo and “Orlando” on the waistband.
Phoenix Suns – The black “The Valley” design, featuring Camelback Mountain and sunset gradients, returns intact from the 2020-21 Finals season.
Portland Trail Blazers – Teal graphics honoring the Portland International Airport’s original carpet once again form diagonal patterns under “PDX.”
Sacramento Kings – Gray uniforms with new deep ink and bright violet accents mimic the Golden 1 Center’s beam and carry “Sacramento Proud” on the side panels.
San Antonio Spurs – The black Fiesta-striped favorite inspired by the 1990 warmup jacket is back and confirmed for use through 2026-27.
Utah Jazz – A midnight-to-gray gradient evokes Utah’s mountains, revisiting the 2017-18 terrain concept with sky-blue side paths linking key state routes.
The refreshed City Edition collection will debut throughout the regular season, with on-court premieres varying by team schedule.
