The Orlando Magic have upgraded center Colin Castleton from an Exhibit 10 agreement to a two-way contract, league sources told Michael Scotto of HoopsHype on October 17, 2025.
Orlando already had one two-way slot available, so no additional roster move was required. Under the new deal, Castleton can be active for up to 50 of the Magic’s 82 regular-season games.
The 25-year-old Florida native spent his final three collegiate seasons at the University of Florida before going undrafted in 2023. He opened his professional career on a two-way contract with the Los Angeles Lakers in 2023-24.
Castleton’s 2024-25 campaign began with the Lakers waiving him before training camp. He then signed a two-way pact with the Memphis Grizzlies, who released him in January. Following a stint in the G League, he accepted consecutive 10-day contracts with the Toronto Raptors in March and another 10-day with the Philadelphia 76ers in early April. Toronto brought him back on the final day of the regular season with a two-year standard deal, but the non-guaranteed second season led to his release in late July.
Across 26 total appearances for Memphis, Philadelphia and Toronto last season, the 6-foot-11 center averaged 4.7 points and 4.7 rebounds in 16.6 minutes per game.
As a Magic two-way player, Castleton will earn $636,435 for the 2025-26 season. The salary is non-guaranteed until January and does not count against the team’s salary cap.
