The Los Angeles Clippers have waived two-way forward Trentyn Flowers, according to tweets from Michael Scotto of HoopsHype and Keith Smith of Spotrac.

Flowers, 20, accepted his two-way qualifying offer in July, securing an $85,000 partial guarantee. As an undrafted rookie in 2024/25, he appeared in six NBA games, totaling 27 minutes.

The 6’9″ forward saw heavier action with the San Diego Clippers, the club’s G League affiliate. In 42 G League contests last season, he averaged 17.7 points and 5.0 rebounds while shooting 47.5% from the field and 38.5% from three-point range.

Before turning pro, Flowers spent the 2023/24 campaign in the NBL’s Next Stars program, posting 5.2 points and 2.9 rebounds across 18 games (12.7 minutes per game) for the Adelaide 36ers.

Los Angeles now has one open two-way slot, with Kobe Sanders and Jordan Miller holding the other two positions. The Clippers have 20 players in training camp and, per Law Murray of The Athletic, do not plan to add another full-roster player at this time. The four players on non-guaranteed contracts are expected to compete for the remaining two-way deal.
