Wizards Add Kadary Richmond, Alondes Williams; Release Leaky Black, Skal Labissiere

The Washington Wizards have signed guards Kadary Richmond and Alondes Williams, the club announced on Monday.
To clear roster space, Washington waived forward Leaky Black and center/forward Skal Labissiere. Both players will become free agents if they go unclaimed on waivers.
The Wizards did not disclose contract terms for Richmond or Williams.
