Philadelphia 76ers

The Philadelphia 76ers are finalizing an Exhibit 10 contract with free-agent wing MarJon Beauchamp, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer. Although the agreement is not yet complete, the report notes the Portland Trail Blazers remain involved, with no details on their current role.

Beauchamp, who turned 25 today, briefly signed an Exhibit 10 deal with Portland on Sept. 30 but was waived a week later. The 6-foot-7 forward—a 2022 first-round pick by Milwaukee—has logged time with the Bucks, Clippers, and Knicks, posting career averages of 4.1 points and 1.9 rebounds in just under 11 minutes per game.

If Beauchamp signs and is later waived, he could receive a bonus of up to $85,300 by spending 60 days with the Delaware Blue Coats, Philadelphia’s G League affiliate. The Sixers currently have 21 players under contract and must create a roster spot before the deal can become official.

Oklahoma City Thunder

The Thunder announced Sunday they have waived guard Jazian Gortman. The 22-year-old signed a non-guaranteed Exhibit 10 contract in September and averaged 9.8 points and 2.0 assists across four preseason games.

Undrafted out of Overtime Elite in 2023, Gortman spent part of last season with the Texas Legends—the Mavericks’ G League affiliate—before earning a brief two-way stint in Dallas. Should he join the Oklahoma City Blue, he would be eligible for the same Exhibit 10 bonus of up to $85,300. The Thunder now have 20 players on the roster, one below the offseason limit.

Other Free Agents

Several players cleared waivers over the weekend and are expected to remain in their former teams’ G League systems: Dexter Dennis (Kings), Terrence Hargrove Jr. and Coleman Hawkins (Nuggets), and Delon Wright (Pacers). All four are free to sign elsewhere but are currently positioned to stay close to their NBA clubs while awaiting potential call-ups.
