The NBA will not fine or suspend Miami Heat center Bam Adebayo for a recent altercation with teammate Tyler Herro, ESPN reported.
League officials reviewed the incident and concluded that no further action was necessary, according to the report. Details of the confrontation were not disclosed, and neither the NBA nor the Heat released additional comments.
Adebayo, 27, is a three-time All-Star and a key contributor to Miami’s frontcourt. Herro, 24, won the 2021-22 Sixth Man of the Year award and moved into the Heat’s starting lineup last season.
