International Moves: Osman to PAOK, Edwards joins Virtus, Fernando signs with Efes, Key heads to Fenerbahçe

Former NBA forward Cedi Osman has agreed to join PAOK in Greece after Panathinaikos accepted a buyout offer, according to Eurohoops. The 29-year-old spent the past two seasons with Panathinaikos, averaging 12.9 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.3 assists across 58 EuroLeague games last year. An earlier report linked him to Anadolu Efes, the Turkish club he represented from 2011 to 2017, but that deal did not materialize.
Kessler Edwards is heading to Italy, signing with Virtus Bologna. The 2021 second-round pick has appeared in 178 NBA contests, most recently logging 40 games (18 starts) for Dallas in 2024/25. Last season, the forward suited up for Hapoel Tel Aviv, posting 3.8 points and 3.4 rebounds over 13 EuroLeague outings.
After missing out on Osman, Anadolu Efes secured another former NBA player, inking forward Bruno Fernando to a two-year contract. Fernando split last season between Real Madrid and Partizan, playing 75 total games. The Angolan big man owns 220 NBA appearances, including 17 with Toronto during the 2024/25 campaign.
Turkey’s Fenerbahçe bolstered its frontcourt by signing Braxton Key to a two-year deal. Key helped Valencia Basket reach the EuroLeague Final Four last season, averaging 6.3 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.1 assists. The 28-year-old has 37 NBA games on his résumé, most recently seeing action in three contests for Golden State in 2024/25.
