2K Games on September 23, 2025 unveiled the Old School program for NBA 2K26, placing Hall of Fame center Shaquille O’Neal at the top of the new MyTeam lineup. Inspired by his early seasons with the Orlando Magic, the Pink Diamond card carries a 96 overall rating.
O’Neal shares the 96 OVR tier with two other Pink Diamond additions: Kyrie Irving of the Dallas Mavericks and women’s basketball great Swin Cash. Cash arrives with one of the sport’s most decorated résumés, featuring three WNBA championships, two Olympic gold medals, a FIBA Women’s World Cup title and two NCAA championships, making her one of only 11 players to secure all of those honors.
The Old School drop also includes 94 OVR Diamond versions of Tim Duncan and Pete Maravich. All cards are available through program-specific packs, and completing the entire collection rewards players with a Ruby Jerry Sloan coach card for their lineup.
