Houston point guard Kingston Flemings, projected as a top-10 selection in next week’s NBA draft, has met with only three organizations to date, Bleacher Report’s Jonathan Wasserman reported in his latest mock draft. The 6-foot floor general has auditioned for the Clippers, Bulls and Mavericks.

Chicago holds the No. 4 pick and the Clippers sit at No. 5, while Dallas owns the ninth choice, where any newcomer would join franchise cornerstone Cooper Flagg. Although undersized, Flemings impressed scouts this season with his scoring ability and off-ball movement in Houston’s high-powered offense.

Anderson Targets Top-10 Consideration

Texas Tech guard Christian Anderson has also attempted to separate himself from the rest of the backcourt class, according to Kevin O’Connor of Yahoo Sports. Anderson has worked out for multiple teams drafting in the top 10 and is viewed as one of the best pick-and-roll playmakers and perimeter shooters in the 2026 field.

Pelicans Evaluate Five Prospects

The Pelicans conducted a pre-draft workout Tuesday featuring Maliq Brown (Duke), Malik Dia (Ole Miss), Xaivian Lee (Florida), JJ Starling (Syracuse) and Peter Suder (Miami-Ohio), The Athletic’s Will Guillory reported. Brown is the highest-rated of the group, ranking No. 54 on ESPN’s big board. New Orleans currently owns the 58th overall pick.

Vecenie Publishes Comprehensive Draft Guide

Sam Vecenie of The Athletic unveiled his 2026 draft guide on Monday, listing his top 100 prospects and delivering in-depth breakdowns of 60 players. In the report, he suggests AJ Dybantsa could develop into a top-10 NBA player and labels Cameron Boozer a near “can’t-miss” talent, noting that Boozer projects more as an elite secondary star than a primary offensive engine.
