The NBA has issued six additional green room invitations for the 2026 draft, ESPN’s Jeremy Woo reported on Twitter.
The new invitees, listed in order of their positions on ESPN’s big board, are:
- Yaxel Lendeborg, Michigan
- Morez Johnson, Michigan
- Hannes Steinbach, Washington
- Bennett Stirtz, Iowa
- Cameron Carr, Baylor
- Chris Cenac, Houston
These additions raise the total number of green room invitations to 20, following the league’s earlier list of 14 prospects announced last week:
- AJ Dybantsa, BYU
- Darryn Peterson, Kansas
- Cameron Boozer, Duke
- Caleb Wilson, North Carolina
- Keaton Wagler, Illinois
- Darius Acuff, Arkansas
- Mikel Brown, Louisville
- Kingston Flemings, Houston
- Nate Ament, Tennessee
- Aday Mara, Michigan
- Brayden Burries, Arizona
- Karim Lopez, Mexico
- Labaron Philon, Alabama
- Christian Anderson, Texas Tech
Santa Clara forward Allen Graves, ranked No. 17 on ESPN’s board, remains the only player in the top 21 yet to receive an invitation. The league could add more names before the first round begins on June 23.
Green room selections typically signal first-round expectations because the NBA asks teams to vote on the 25 prospects they anticipate will be chosen earliest. However, a seat is not a guarantee; in 2024, invitees Kyle Filipowski and Johnny Furphy were drafted on the event’s second day. In 2025, all 24 players invited for the opening night were taken in the first round, with 12 additional prospects joining the green room for the second round a day later.
