Kalshi is giving basketball fans a quick boost during the NBA Finals by matching a first trade with an equal bonus.
New customers who register on the event-trading platform and apply the promo code NYPMAX will receive an extra $10 after placing a qualifying $10 trade, the company said Monday, June 2. The incentive is tied specifically to markets offered on the championship series and will run through the end of the Finals.
To claim the deal, users must:
- Create a Kalshi account
- Deposit at least $10
- Execute a $10 trade on any NBA Finals contract
Once the trade settles, Kalshi credits the additional $10 to the customer’s balance, effectively doubling the initial stake. The offer is limited to one per person and is available only to participants who meet the platform’s age and eligibility requirements.
Kalshi lets traders buy and sell contracts that pay out based on the outcome of real-world events. During the Finals, listings include questions on individual game results and the overall length of the series.
The company said standard terms and conditions apply, and the promotion may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
