New York, Apr. 7, 2026 — Knicks head coach Mike Brown said Tuesday he is willing to adjust the team’s starting five but emphasized that any move will wait for a later date.
“I’m not against making a switch,” Brown told reporters before practice. “It’s just not the right moment.”
Brown did not outline specific players who could be affected, nor did he provide a timetable for potential changes. He added that the current unit still gives the club its best chance to win while the staff evaluates options.
The Knicks enter their next game with a 39-40 record and remain in the Eastern Conference play-in mix.
