Amar’e Stoudemire, the forward who headlined the New York Knicks in the early 2010s, has been selected for enshrinement in the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
The Hall revealed its Class of 2026 on Tuesday, March 31. Stoudemire’s election recognizes a career that included multiple All-Star appearances and a pivotal role in reviving the Knicks’ playoff hopes during his five seasons at Madison Square Garden.
Additional members of the 2026 class and details of the induction ceremony are expected to be announced by Hall officials in the coming months.
