March 12, 2026 — ESPN fantasy basketball writers Andre Snellings, Eric Moody, Eric Karabell, Jim McCormick and Steve Alexander released a list of lightly rostered NBA players they believe can help managers during the upcoming fantasy playoffs.
Utah Jazz
Ace Bailey (SF/PF, 33.0% rostered) has attempted more than 15 shots per game over his past 13 outings as Utah shifts focus to player development. Snellings expects that volume to climb further.
Kyle Filipowski (PF, 46.7% rostered) has topped 43 fantasy points in four of his last five appearances. Moody noted the rookie’s minutes should remain steady with the Jazz headed toward the lottery.
Washington Wizards
Tre Johnson (SG, 4.8% rostered) averaged 31 minutes and 14 field-goal attempts in the eight games before a Jan. 29 ankle sprain. Snellings projects his workload to return to the 30-minute range and scoring to rise into the 20-point territory as the Wizards lean on youth.
Sacramento Kings
Precious Achiuwa (PF/C, 37.0% rostered) is playing 32.6 minutes and producing 36.2 fantasy points per game over his last eight contests while front-court injuries persist, according to Moody.
Maxime Raynaud (C, 32.9% rostered) has averaged 15.1 points, 9.3 rebounds and 59.4% shooting since Feb. 1. Karabell ranks him as a top-10 fantasy center during that stretch.
Phoenix Suns
Collin Gillespie (PG, 60.6% rostered) remains available in nearly 40% of standard ESPN leagues despite averaging 14.4 points, 4.8 assists and 30.2 minutes as a starter since Thanksgiving, Karabell reported.
Memphis Grizzlies
GG Jackson (PF, 19.0% rostered) offers multi-category production for a team playing four games per week for the rest of the season, Alexander wrote.
LA Clippers
Derrick Jones Jr. (SF, 10.1% rostered) averages 1.4 blocks per 36 minutes and has combined for 2.8 blocks and steals per game since the trade deadline, McCormick observed.
Orlando Magic
Tristan da Silva (SF, 15.7% rostered) is logging heavy minutes while Franz Wagner nurses a high left ankle sprain. Over his last five games the rookie posts 12.4 points, 6.2 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.6 steals and 2.2 three-pointers. Both Alexander and McCormick indicated Orlando’s four-game weekly schedule should maintain his value.
The analysts advised fantasy managers to act quickly before league rivals secure these late-season opportunities.
