The Sacramento Kings have signed forward Patrick Baldwin Jr. to a two-way contract, the organization announced in a press release.

Baldwin, selected 28th overall in the 2022 NBA Draft, has spent most of the 2025-26 season with the G League’s San Diego Clippers. Over 26 games in the NBAGL, the 6-10 power forward has averaged 21.3 points, 7.2 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.3 steals while shooting 51.8 percent from the field, 33.6 percent from three and 66.7 percent at the foul line.

The 23-year-old recently completed 10-day stints with both the Los Angeles Clippers and Philadelphia 76ers before landing the two-way deal in Sacramento. He has appeared in 96 NBA games across four seasons with the Golden State Warriors, Washington Wizards, Clippers and 76ers, posting career averages of 3.7 points and 2.0 rebounds in 8.8 minutes per contest.

This is Baldwin’s fourth NBA season, meaning he will lose two-way eligibility after the current campaign and become an unrestricted free agent this summer.

Sacramento was one of seven teams holding an open two-way slot, so no corresponding roster move was required. The Kings still have one standard roster spot available.
