The NBA released its second round of fan ballots for the 2026 All-Star Game on Jan. 6, and Los Angeles Lakers star Luka Doncic remains the top vote-getter across both conferences.

Doncic, who also led the initial returns, heads a Western Conference top five that is unchanged: Nikola Jokic, Stephen Curry, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Victor Wembanyama follow in that order.

LeBron James climbed one spot to eighth overall after appearing ninth in the first release. The 41-year-old forward has taken on a larger playmaking role while teammate Austin Reaves recovers from a calf injury.

Reaves fell from 10th to 11th in total votes, overtaken by Houston Rockets center Alperen Sengun by more than 150,000 ballots.

In the Eastern Conference, Giannis Antetokounmpo continues to lead. Jalen Brunson moved into second ahead of Tyrese Maxey, with Cade Cunningham and Donovan Mitchell rounding out the top five.
