The Los Angeles Clippers plan to add point guard TyTy Washington Jr. on a two-way contract, according to reports on December 27. To make room, the club will waive fellow two-way guard RayJ Dennis.

Washington, 24, joined the Clippers in training camp but was released before Opening Night. He has since played for the organization’s G League affiliate in San Diego, averaging 17.9 points, 5.9 assists, 4.6 rebounds and 1.5 steals while shooting 46.5% overall and 41.1% from beyond the arc.

Selected 29th overall in the 2022 NBA Draft, Washington spent his rookie season with Houston. He was traded to Atlanta in June 2023 and rerouted to Oklahoma City four days later, then waived by the Thunder. The Kentucky product signed two-way deals with Milwaukee in August 2023 and Phoenix in August 2024. He has appeared in 58 NBA games across stints with the Rockets, Bucks and Suns, logging G League time in each of his first four professional seasons.

Dennis, also 24, inked a two-way pact with Los Angeles on December 4 after Indiana waived him. The former Toledo standout logged one four-minute appearance for the Clippers. Earlier in 2025, he appeared in 24 games for the Pacers under a separate two-way agreement.
