Star center Victor Wembanyama and reigning Rookie of the Year Stephon Castle completed a full workout with the San Antonio Spurs on Sunday, the club’s first practice with both players since mid-November, according to Jeff McDonald of The San Antonio Express-News.

“It’s definitely amazing to see everyone back working,” guard Dylan Harper said. “We did well without those guys. Now when they come back, you’ll see a whole other team.”

Wembanyama has missed 10 consecutive games after straining his left calf on November 15. He will sit out Monday’s matchup with the New Orleans Pelicans and is considered uncertain for Wednesday’s NBA Cup quarterfinal against the Los Angeles Lakers, McDonald reported.

Castle, sidelined the past nine contests by a left hip flexor strain, is expected to return to game action Monday against New Orleans, per Michael C. Wright of ESPN.

Reserve point guard Jordan McLaughlin, who is dealing with a right hamstring strain, also practiced Sunday but will remain out Monday, McDonald added.

San Antonio enters the week at 15-7, holding the No. 5 spot in the Western Conference standings.
