The 40-year-old forward, who entered the league in 2003, reached the court at Crypto.com Arena for the season opener and immediately set the tone on both ends of the floor. James’ performance powered the Lakers past their opponent, giving Los Angeles a 1–0 start to the 2025-26 campaign.
