Bradley Beal to Miss Rest of Season After Hip Surgery

Los Angeles Clippers guard Bradley Beal will undergo surgery to repair a fractured hip and is expected to sit out the remainder of the 2025-26 NBA season, ESPN’s Shams Charania reported on November 12.
In a statement to ESPN, agent Mark Bartelstein said the decision was reached after consultations “with numerous doctors and specialists around the country,” along with the Clippers’ medical staff. “The surgery will allow Brad to have a full and complete recovery,” Bartelstein noted.
Law Murray of The Athletic confirmed the diagnosis and added that Beal’s recovery timeline is projected at six to nine months.
The 32-year-old guard joined the Clippers during the offseason after spending 12 seasons with the Washington Wizards and one year with the Phoenix Suns.
