The NBA on Friday released images of 30 freshly painted floors that will be used exclusively during the 2025 Emirates NBA Cup, which tips off Oct. 31.

According to the league, every franchise will host two “Cup Nights” and play two road contests in group play. The 30 clubs were sorted into six groups of five; each group winner plus two wild-card teams from each conference will reach the single-elimination knockout rounds.

Artist Victor Solomon designed each competition-specific court. Every floor features a gradient in team colors, the NBA Cup trophy in both key areas and at center court, and assorted team branding along the sidelines. The Milwaukee Bucks and Los Angeles Lakers, winners of previous editions, display the year of their titles on the trophy graphic at midcourt.

Clubs began unveiling the designs on social media Friday afternoon:

  • Atlanta Hawks: debuts Nov. 7
  • Boston Celtics: updated parquet motif
  • Charlotte Hornets: teal-purple gradient
  • Cleveland Cavaliers: wine-and-gold scheme
  • Denver Nuggets: first use Oct. 31 vs. Portland
  • Detroit Pistons: Cup Nights presented by Xfinity
  • Golden State Warriors: fully painted Chase Center floor
  • Houston Rockets: home debut Nov. 14 vs. Trail Blazers
  • Memphis Grizzlies: premieres opening night, Oct. 31
  • Oklahoma City Thunder, Orlando Magic, Utah Jazz and others shared similar first looks

The league stated that all Cup games—including the Dec. 19 championship—will be played on these courts to give the event a distinct visual identity.
